Staff Positions
Please review all policies before posting your application. Our Staff Authority Policy is located here. On that page, you can also find policies for each staff position. All staff members are started in the Assistant position, Moving up is easy as long as you follow the rules.
Assistant
Assistants focus on day-to-day community moderation and player support. Their responsibilities include resolving player disputes, enforcing server rules, and handling reports across in-game chat, Discord, and the website. Assistants do not have access to creative mode and serve as a communication bridge between the player base and the admin team.

Moderator
Moderators perform all Assistant duties with added authority and responsibility. They have access to creative mode, assist with server projects, handle situations escalated by Assistants, and help manage or host community events. Moderators are expected to demonstrate strong judgment and leadership within the community.
Admin
Admins oversee server development, infrastructure, and long-term projects. This role involves technical maintenance and system-level decisions. Useful experience includes (but is not limited to) system administration, MySQL, networking, Java development, project management, and Bukkit or Paper plugin administration.
How to Submit a Staff Application
To apply for a staff position, create a new discussion in the Staff Applications category. Your application must include the information below. You may provide additional details if relevant, but all listed questions must be answered for your application to be considered.

- Examples include builds, towns, shops, hosting events, helping players, or other meaningful involvement.
- If you could add, modify, or remove one thing from the server, what would it be and why?:
- This could involve gameplay mechanics, plugins, game modes, Discord structure, or other features. We welcome thoughtful ideas and long-term vision.
Editing Your Application
You are allowed to update your application at any time. Do not submit multiple applications.
If changes are needed, edit your original post or reply to it. Doing so will bump your application and notify staff of the update.
Staff Review & Selection
Staff applications are evaluated on a rolling basis. There is no fixed deadline, and applications may be submitted or updated at any time. Selections are based on community involvement, maturity, consistency, communication skills, and the ability to handle complex or sensitive situations responsibly.
Short interviews may be conducted with selected applicants to further discuss conflict resolution and expectations.
